Tri-Tip
My Favorite meet to cook is tri-tip! It's easy to cook and tastes amazing! I buy most of my meat at Costco, because it's good quality and it's USDA grade! Not to mention it's priced great! I marinade my tri-tip in oyster sauce over night. It gives it a great flavor, and makes it very tender and moist! If you're not a fan is seafood, don't worry, it doesn't have a fish taste at all!
